Korloy's Rich Mill Series is an innovation that provides more available cutting edges by double-sided inserts and longer tool life. The unique geometry guarantees low cutting loads to prolong tool life. The Rich Mill Series has a wide application material range from steel and stainless steel to cast iron and aluminum. The use of negative inserts makes it even stronger. The Rich Mill RM3 features through coolant with direct cooling to further increase tool life. The RM3 perfect 90 degree perpendicularity is perfect for most shouldering cuts. With wide chip pockets, the Rich Mill RM3 has excellent chip evacuation. Inserts are held with a simple screw-on system which includes a 3-face clamping and full flat bottom seat.
